Alright, here comes my babble about why they should be together. In fact, I'm almost certain they will be. Sakura of course has a huge thing for Sasuke, where in turn at the beginning he pretty much can't stand her. You first really see this change when he notices that she's acting strangely when she's depressed and worried about the upcoming tests. Realizing this, he helps to lift her spirits by mentioning her excellent knowledge of Genjutsu and her analyzation skills. This means quite a lot to her. Obviously, he can't hate her, and he even cares for her well being.

Then, there's my favorite scene from the whole manga, where Sasuke goes all berserk because of the curse seal Orochimaru placed on him. The first thing he does is ask Sakura who hurt her, and promptly goes to beat their asses royally. That's the type of thing you would see a close friend or even lover do for someone they care about. Then, when Sakura realizes he's not being himself, her desperately hugging him and telling him to stop was the only thing that could snap him out of it. When she does this he immediately returns to normal old Sasuke. That has to mean something, and I think it was intended to.

There's little hints everywhere. Even just the way he looks at her when she tells him he shouldn't fight because of the pain he's in, and threatens to tell the teachers about the mark. If you look at his face, he almost looks pained to have to be so cruel to her. Then of course he does it anyway. -_- I also support this pair because of the fact that Sakura really cares for Sasuke, unlike most of the girls who just think he's incredibly attractive. I think she really loves him. Most likely it started out as an infatuation with him, because he was the 'cool guy', but it's grown into something much more, her feelings for him are incredibly deep.

We see Sakura devoting a lot of her time to Sasuke, whether that's for better or worse though is a different topic. Sakura worries about his well being, does everything in her power to take care of him, and risks her life for his in the blink of an eye. I also think she's starting to understand him a little more than she used to, but she still has a long way to go. Anyways. The point is, she cares for who he is as a person, and that's quite a huge thing in my eyes. All in all, I just think they make sense, and I'm placing my bets on them being together.
